A dish usually requires several large potatoes, a little vegetable or olive oil (as an option, you can use melted butter), salt, a mixture of peppers and other spices.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, remove excess moisture from it (you can put it on a kitchen towel or lightly wipe it with paper towels). After that, cut it into thin plates. You can form a future snack using a knife or a special vegetable cutter. Potato plates are put in a bowl, sprinkled with salt and spices, mixed thoroughly.

A sheet of parchment is laid on a baking sheet, slices of potatoes are gently laid out on it. Now, using a culinary brush, apply a little oil to each slice. The oven is heated to 200 or even 220 degrees, send a baking sheet with blanks into it. The time for preparing snacks will be calculated individually - for some this process takes no more than 5 minutes, while others spend 10-15 minutes on cooking.
